Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing customers with high quality, professional customer service This position will be expected to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with team members and customers Interacts with clients via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services Provide support to Service Consultants with order entering Provide support to Service Consultants with following the return process through Collects and inputs orders accurately for new or additional products or services Fields client questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned Service Consultant or other appropriate staff Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve client’s problems and concerns Maintains client accounts and records of client interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments in the appropriate CRM system Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $22.00 - $29.89 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Work setting: In-person Work Location: In person
