Description

Responsibilities

  • The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing customers with high quality, professional customer service
  • This position will be expected to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with team members and customers
  • Interacts with clients via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services
  • Provide support to Service Consultants with order entering
  • Provide support to Service Consultants with following the return process through
  • Collects and inputs orders accurately for new or additional products or services
  • Fields client questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative�??s knowledge, forwards to the assigned Service Consultant or other appropriate staff
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve client�??s problems and concerns
  • Maintains client accounts and records of client interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments in the appropriate CRM system

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.89 per hour
