Job Purpose and Impact

The Global FIBI Operational Intelligence Lead will be part of the Global FIBI Smart Manufacturing team and work with a multifunctional group to develop the strategy to provide the FIBI enterprise with real-time and near real-time visibility into highly complex operational data sets and will develop strategies to implement technology solutions and structure the operations data to meet business needs enabling new insights and decision-making capabilities. In this role, you will provide expert knowledge to develop standards and frameworks and support the development of operational intelligence roadmaps, build stakeholder commitment and partner collaboratively across the FIBI enterprise globally to drive continuous improvement and modernization while managing costs, return on investment and accountability to the business stakeholders. Key Accountabilities

Serve as the point person for the global FIBI enterprise partnering across the organization to create a vision and strategy, define goals and support roadmap development for FIBI Operational Intelligence efforts.
Partner with subject matter experts, governance teams and leadership to set the technical direction and drive adoption of Operational Intelligence solutions and operational data structures that meet FIBI enterprise needs while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement to innovate and deploy solutions to meet both business and user needs.
Provide governance, standards, frameworks and practices for operational intelligence technologies, practices, and work processes. Develop audit and assessment processes.
Develop and manage the portfolio for Operational Intelligence efforts including the strategy, key success performance metrics and financial return on investment to maximize value and accelerate growth.
Develop a roadmap for highly complex feature development for operational intelligence solutions that support enterprise goals including the development of business readiness assessments, support of deployment roadmaps, and training and education for operational intelligence solutions.
Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies within the Operational Intelligence space to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Partner closely with stakeholders and super-users to manage priorities across the portfolio and communicate plans, progress and feedback effectively to key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that goals are aligned with business needs.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Experience in integrating the data, technology, solutions and capabilities to enable the plant operations teams to gain insights through the use of operational data.
Knowledge of operational intelligence and plant data collection systems and technologies such as data historians, etc.
Application/expertise of operational data structures for broad use and contextualization - ex. Asset Framework, Asset Utilization Metrics.
Experience working across multiple facilities.
Experience with technical gap assessments and solution identification.
Plant operations experience and the ability to understand operations work processes and communication needs to integrate solutions.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams providing leadership, coaching and mentorship to all level of the organization
Fluent in English
Ability to travel up to 25-30% (travel may peak at times)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of project management or agile methodology, project delivery process and/or portfolio management including development of business cases.
Ability to translate highly technical information across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to influence and lead across multiple geographies.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovative projects (new technologies and solutions).
Experience in developing and managing a portfolio of project including strategy to meet business needs.
Proven track record of delivering strong business results.
Proven ability to drive results in a matrix organization.

The expected salary for this position is $156,000-192,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
