New Store Coordinator

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the New Store Coordinator is responsible for core elements of KKC�??s New Store Pipeline. Working cross functionally with Sales, Operations and Finance, the role�??s primary responsibilities are to ensure key milestones are being met for timely store openings. The role will assemble data, perform detailed analyses, and produce reports related to the tracking and monitoring of the company�??s new store opportunities across all of KKC�??s markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure upcoming store openings are on schedule by obtaining status updates, equipment details, and assist with new customer issues that arise.
• Host and facilitate weekly calls with Sales and Operations teams.
• Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from company meetings.
• Organize and produce detailed reports for Sales, Operations and Finance.
• Assist with maintenance of company dashboards and scorecards in KKC's customer management platform.
• Participate in a wide variety of special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required skills and experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience with project scheduling/coordination or order management
• Expert level experience using Excel
• Working experience with a CRM platform such as SalesForce

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, works well under pressure without sacrificing quality. Dependable and timely.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; capable of maintaining strong relationships.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
