Description

The Assistant Manager is responsible for a wide range of duties in the company. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Assisting the Manager with daily tasks
  • Overseeing the work of employees
  • Answering customer questions and handling customer complaints
  • Scheduling employee shifts
  • Monitoring inventory levels
  • Training new employees
  • Preparing and distributing work schedules


The Assistant Manager should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to handle difficult customer situations and resolve conflict among employees. TheAssistant Manager must also be organized and efficient in order to keep the workplace running smoothly.
