Senior Program Delivery Manager (SG Americas Operational Services LLC, New York, NY)

Base Salary Range: [$175,240 - $260,000]
Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.

Lead the successful & timely completion of programs to achieve business goals, including the identification and mitigation of risks that may impact successful program delivery. Act as Senior Program Delivery Manager for fast paced programs and continuously ensure their alignment to change and transform goals. Decision change and strategy of a program in collaboration with senior sponsors. Build strong relationships with program stakeholders. Build strong plans with appropriate level of detail to provide adequate transparency to all stakeholders. Lead an active Risk Management process. Manage capacity and program alignment cooperatively across the portfolio. Independently assess progress and risk and communicate clearly to all stakeholders (including Senior Management) on a timely basis. Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional conversations about progress, risk, and strategy with all key stakeholders (often including Senior Management). Employ program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery, leveraging these across the organization. Maintain weekly and monthly operating reports. Guarantee compliance with SG program management procedures and tools. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to SG Americas Operational Services LLC, 245 Park Ave., New York, NY 10067. Salary: $175,240 - $260,000 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or U.S. equivalent in Business, Finance, Technology, Computer Science, or related plus 5 years of professional experience at a global financial institution leading project/ program management activities across all aspects of multiple financial services cross functional projects and programs (covering capital markets and investment banking), including defining scope and objectives, defining deliverables, project planning, communication, tracking and reporting project progress, and change and risk management) that are in compliance with banking laws and regulations. Must also have experience with the following special skills: 5 years of professional experience in program management applying structured approach to the management, tracking, planning, monitoring, and reporting of concurrent, multiple financial services projects; 3 years of professional experience interacting within senior management forums; 2 years of professional experience utilizing the three lines of defense model (including management control, risk control and compliance oversight functions established by management, and independent assurance); 1 year of professional experience using MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel; and 1 year of professional experience working on projects involving change management of back office and reporting systems.
