• Assisting in facilitation of fabric/color developments and private label compliance
• Tracking and follow up communications involving fabric technical and aesthetic requirements, performance specifications, handloom/strike-off/lab dip comments, revisions and approvals
• Assisting in resolution of bulk production and compliance issues
• Technical evaluation of fabric quality, structure and pattern
• Performing visual and electronic color evaluations
• Maintaining fabric/color development, production and testing records

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:

• A.A.S or B.S. in Textile Development is preferred
• Basic knowledge of fabric structures, manufacturing, coloration and finishing methods
• Basic fabric analysis
• Familiarity with industry standard color evaluation methods (visual and electronic)
• Computer literate with knowledge of Excel. Familiarity with PointCarre, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Datacolor software/spectrophotometer is preferred
• Satisfactory color discrimination ability
• Exceptional attention to detail; strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well with others – willing to take on challenges and to be flexible, reliable and cooperative with positive attitude

Salary Range: $47,000 - $55,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
