KPMG is currently seeking an Associate – Innovation Consultant to join our KPMG Ignition within our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with industry, practice, and lab team leadership to plan sessions
  • Create tasks to include designing agendas and exercises, coordinating operations, logistics and preparing materials and inputs
  • Aid in facilitating sessions, include facilitating exercises, capturing session outputs, and contributing to a seamless client experience
  • Present innovation research and points of view, engaging effectively with C-level executives in trends insights and design thinking sessions
  • Conduct innovation research to mine signals of change, from an outside-in perspective; make correlations across industries and themes, finding patterns in adjacent spaces; develop strategic insights and points of view, synthesizing disparate inputs into future projections
  • Develop and manage project plans and understand project financials

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of recent experience in design thinking, facilitation, training, or similar industries
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent research, analytical, design thinking and presentation skills required
  • Strong operation skills and attention to detail; ability to work on different projects and deliver high quality deliverables in committed time frames
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn new analytical tools
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

New York City Salary Range: Low: $70500 - High: $108100
