Summary of essential job functions

Required Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English and Spanish is also a plus
Call Center experience
Professional communication skills
Ability to understand and execute complex written and verbal instructions
Able to deliver excellent customer service
Able to react effectively and calmly in emergency situations.
Able to maintain customer confidentiality
Able to be empathetic to the customer

Candidates that do not meet the required qualifications will not be considered.

Additional Minimum Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship
Able to pass a background check to obtain a government clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Must have High School degree or equivalent
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent Customer Service Skills

The salary ranges are $15 non-VET and $17 for VET for W2. These are TEMPORARY positions and NO benefits are provided.
