Talent and Culture Coordinator

Full Job Description Calix is scaling rapidly, and our Talent and Culture team plays an integral role in how we grow our team. This is a great opportunity to partner with senior talent and culture team members, recruiters, and hiring leaders across the company to help bring in and support top talent. In this role, you will support talent acquisition and talent operations processes. As a Talent and Culture Coordinator, you will work cross-functionally to provide a world-class candidate experience and act as a talent operations ambassador as we work to grow the company and implement scalable processes.


Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate online interviews
  • Partner with recruiting and business stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience
  • Track and update candidate status and interactions in our recruiting systems
  • Answer questions regarding our background check process
  • Adjudicate background checks
  • Partner with third party recruiting agencies

Talent Management

  • Administer our 360-review process
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Send exit packets

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ year(s) work experience in recruiting or HR
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail while multi-tasking
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within team structure
  • Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability
  • High sense of urgency and effective time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Workday ATS
  • Previous experience collaborating with remote teams
