ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Commission Demand Desk Coordinator you have a pivotal role on the team. This position is the front line person between the team and our agents. You will manage inbound requests and emails to ensure all agent and TC requests are responded to. This role will coordinate efforts to ensure that all urgent requests and revisions are responded to and escalated to the team manager when appropriate. You will adhere to the highest level of communication standards and assist the team in reaching their service goals. The position will also assist the team manager in preparing monthly and weekly reports.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Responding or insuring response to every email that comes in to the team
  • Assigning requests to the appropriate team member and Asana board
  • Escalation of any urgent requests or revisions that come in
  • Escalate any complaints to the manager to resolve
  • Assist with ensuring that escrow has received the demand and wiring instructions
  • Assist with monthly and weekly reporting
  • Any other assigned tasks
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 1-2 yrs of Real Estate experience preferred
  • 1-2 yrs Clerical experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate professionally (verbal and written)
  • Must be tech-savvy and able to demonstrate strong computer skills and above-average comfort level in iOS and web-based environments
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
