Our well-established pharmaceutical vertical in Patient Access Marketing is continuing to grow. We are looking for a strong strategic and client services champion to partner with an established team of strategists, creatives, production and account leaders to help manage and grow current and newly won pharmaceutical accounts.

 

This Account Supervisor position will take the lead in managing the client relationship and shepherding deliverables from strategic inception to completion. The right candidate will also collaborate with project management and creative peers and be responsible for developing, managing, and directing all aspects of client projects in patient access marketing.

  

We rely on the Account Supervisor to maintain daily communication with the client to foster a close working relationship with the agency and help inform on-point execution and manage expectations. Experience with patient access marketing is a must. Salary is commensurate with experience. 

 

Responsibilities

•     Manage/coordinate all aspects of the client relationship: content and creative development, tactical briefs, client status reports

•     Lead strategic discussions, introduce and advocate for innovative solutions in access marketing, and present final creative solutions

•     Write and edit with careful attention to content, tone and style

•     Ensure accurate, timely financial management of accounts (forecasting, estimates billing, contracts)

 

Talent and Experience

•     Demonstrated hands-on leadership in patient access marketing

•     7-10+ years of pharmaceutical advertising/marketing agency experience required

•     4+ years of patient access marketing preferred

•     A working knowledge of all marketing channels (print, digital, non-personal, etc.) and an understanding of how they work

•     Strong presentation and communications capabilities

•     Bachelor's degree (minimum), preferably in health sciences, marketing, or communications field

•     Understand the Medical/Legal Review process

•     Competency with Microsoft Office suite
