HR Business Partner

Create and execute high-growth recruitment strategies in partnership with management to attract, identify and source qualified candidates. Coach managers and provide guidance on performance management, ensuring the process and practices are consistent. Interpret and apply company HR policies, procedures and programs to provide solutions that balance business and employee needs. Partner with leadership to implement HR projects aligned with business goals. Monitor and foster employee development by helping identify talent needs and supporting training and learning initiatives. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources (HR), business or related field. 5+ years of HR or business experience. HR certification preferred. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office. Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.
