Lead Data Analyst

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join our team You will work within TSTâs Cyber Business Unit, where you will drive analytical efforts in support of US Government customer objectives leveraging next-generation analysis and decision support platforms, while also partnering with technical teams to inform development of platform analytic capabilities. As an early member of TSCâs analyst team, this position will have the opportunity to shape the analyst role within TSC, establishing analytical frameworks and methods, best practices, and serving as a source of knowledge for this growing practice area. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working as a data or intelligence analyst applied to economic and graph network applications, ideally involving processing large volumes of data, leveraging technology to augment human analysis, and innovative approaches to presenting findings to enable audience understanding and acting on that data. Responsibilities Include: Partner with program leadership, developers, and field operations to deeply understand customer needs, and translate these requirements into collection and analysis approaches. Be a key researcher advancing network and graph analytics applied to finance and economical domains for a major US Government research program Leverage a broad range of data sources and types to analyze issues, conduct research, summarize results, and develop recommendations. Employ validated analytical techniques to generate insights from large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data in support of customer requirements. Prepare analytic outputs that visualize data and communicate findings and recommendations for presentation at an executive level. Transform holistic and qualitative information requirements into responsive analytic products and visualizations that provide insight to difficult problems. Establish key performance indicators to measure analytical output quality and utility, and make recommendations for improvement. Work with program leadership to establish analysis frameworks and best practices, and guide adoption across the team. Identify opportunities to improve technical tools and capabilities in support of analytical processes. Mentor more junior analysts and help align tasking with their career goals. Minimum Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance of a TS/SCI Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Data Analyst, Operations Planner, or Intelligence Analyst with applications in economics and financial asset markets Familiarity with foundational network and graph analytic approaches including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive, and other techniques. In the DC Metro area to support in person work minimum of 2 days a week Desired Qualifications:  Active TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility Research experience in economic, finance, and network or graph theory applications Prior experience conducting analyses in a US Government context or environment The ability to analyze data for trends and patterns and articulate the impact Ability to present data in a way that tells a story and enables executive-level audiences to make decisions Background in game theory and mechanism design Experience with Python, AWS Cloud, graph databases, and Elasticsearch Clearance Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance of a TS/SCI   LI-PP1LI-Hybrid
