Title: Executive Receptionist
Location NEW YORK NY
seeking a receptionist to work on the executive floor. In this role, the Receptionist will provide supplemental support and report to the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, as well as an additional resource for other senior executive assistants supporting executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be someone with both the skills and attention-to-detail required to effectively support senior executives as well as serve a representative.Responsibilities:
Coordination of executive communication, including taking calls and interfacing with other executives, employees and guests.
Occasional logistical preparation for meetings with senior executives and other guests, including reserving space, telephone and video conferencing, catering (if required), visitor registration, and meet & greet.
Field inbound communications and exercise judgement in determining the appropriate resource to address the request.
Understand company policies and procedures, written and unwritten, to ensure appropriate decision-making protocols are followed.
Liaise with other senior administrative assistants in the office to ensure executive team are supported.
Handle facilities-related requests, including basic maintenance, cleaning, copier repairs, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years as an Administrative Assistant/Secretarial Support
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proof of vaccination against the Covid virus.
Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Microsoft Teams and Zoom experience.
Friendly, neat and professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
Must be reliable and punctual, prefer NYC resident.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, including with members of senior management.This position is based in the office, five days per week, 9:00AM-5:00PM.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
