Job Description
In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a Training Coordinator to handle administrative support and coordinate training initiatives for our Outside Sales team. In this role, you will proactively maintain calendars in multiple time zones by scheduling recurring meetings and using good judgment to handle complex scheduling needs. The position also requires working with management to ensure the organization and flow of hiring and onboarding processes. Applicants should have at least two years of experience providing senior-level support. Ideal candidates can aptly juggle multiple tasks with superb accuracy.
A day in the office looks like this:
Actively participates in all training activities
Directs and assesses training program standards
Prepares and maintains internal reports/processes
Assists with developing, coordinating and recommending changes for the improvement of workflow
Review, categorizes and organizes business and personal correspondence; maintains an orderly system for effective retrieval and ensuring timely responses
Completes expense reports, adheres to budgets and performs other administrative duties as needed
Collects, documents and maintains pertinent training metrics and materials
Conducts recorded/remote trainings
Qualifications

2 years of experience working in a similar position
Ability to work under deadlines
Creative problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven proficiency with technology (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams/Zoom, etc.)
Solid judgment, applying tact and discretion at all levels and escalating issues when necessary
Knowledge of Salesforce preferred

Hourly: $19-$25 with an annual bonus of up to 10%
