Senior Live Ops Technical Producer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior LiveOps Technical Producer to join our new AAA team, Uncapped Games in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate for this role will help innovate an all-new and original IP to revolutionize RTS games for players around the world. Highly creative and collaborative start-up culture  Competitive pay and benefits What You’ll Get to Do: Lead the effort to establish the release pipeline. Define product live operation process and disciplines. Coordinate with various disciplines (design, engineering, art, QA, biz ops, etc.) to establish release timelines and ensure all release targets are met. Produce the deployment of various updates to the game to support player engagement. Live game monitoring and drive resolution for live issues with involved teams. Partner with engineering leadership to help set project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Manage deliverables, task breakdown and tracking for a subset of engineering teams. On going process improvement in live ops and engineering production. Requirements: What We Are Looking For: 5+ years AAA game development experience with strong organizational skills. Experience managing and operating a live game as a service with frequent updates and ongoing maintenance. Highly self-motivated and proactive individual, adept at navigating ambiguity and motivated to establish structure and organization within the production process. A passion for RTS games, bringing to the table an understanding of what makes them work well as a genre. Pluses: Experience working with Unity. RTS game production experience. Able to work effectively with all game development disciplines. Proficient with Jira and Confluence. Location State(s)CaliforniaThe base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $115,200 to $211,200 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
