Job Title: Companion # of Positions: 4 Location: New York, NY Schedule: 4:00pm-12:00am Pay Rate $ 18 Duties: The Companion is responsible for providing routine functions such as bathing, feeding, bed making and assisting patients with activities of daily living under the supervision of a RN. Responsible for selected patient care duties and support activities as assigned. Skills: Ability to read, write, understand and speak English in a clear and concise manner. Visual and aural acuity to assess patient within parameters of job responsibilities. Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals. Oriented to consumer satisfaction. Physical stamina, manual dexterity to perform a variety of tasks and skills in area of Assignment. Ability to lift/move heavy object/patients with or without reasonable accommodations Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Proof of full vaccination required
