Product Owner, Project Management

The Product Owner role is on an Agile team that works cross-functionally in support of the Medicaid enrollment team. The team is accountable for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of multiple projects. Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that key stakeholder requirements are understood, documented, and met. Core Responsibilities: Identify business needs, define executable requirements, and, in partnership with dev ops, delivering product features. Lead discussions with stakeholders, attend scrum calls, gather and document requirements, complete testing, validate and demo logic functionality. Understand and manage project risks, and proactively escalate issues to the team to enable predictive product delivery. Identify and prioritize work between the existing product back log, new features, enhancements, and technical debt. Work with onshore and offshore teams to perform testing activities for product development and enhancements to ensure the product meets the business requirements. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: 60,300 Maximum: 130,000 Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
