Full Time Bookkeeper - Work From Home

Thermal-King Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Bookkeeper and administrative assistant. Primary responsibilities include using various software tools including Quickbooks to generate service work orders, input payable expenses, make payments to vendors, generating reports, and quarterly taxes, as well as assisting senior management with other various projects. The position is primarily working from home, with a Monday to Friday schedule - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Required Qualifications/Skills Detail-oriented, organized, consistent, dependable, and honest in the dealings Analytical / data-driven mindset; good with numbers and spreadsheets Obsessive focus on timelines, deliverables and client satisfaction Enthusiastic about learning new skills and software systems Optimistic and upbeat Comfortable working sometimes solo, interacting with other team members happening virtually via email or chat. The Ideal Candidate Might Also Have: Experience with Quickbooks Bookkeeping / finance / accounting background Experience in HVAC or construction.
